We have joined this surgery about a year now and we are extremely pleased with the service we receive. I feel a sense of responsibility and care shown by all staff (nurses and doctors inclusive) towards myself and my family. I would like to use this space to thank all staff here for the great care they provide. The staff have been very helpful especially in times of in need of emergency appointments. Good going and keep it up.

Dr Clare Shaw is our GP and has been so helpful and patient with myself and husband during a very stressful time in our lives. She is a GP that listens to your worries and helps to reassure and help you in any way that she can. I would recommend Dr Shaw to anyone wanting a great Doctor.

This is the best NHS GP practice I have ever used. The doctors and nurses always give you enough time to ask all relevant questions and feel confident about your care plan. I regularly see Dr Clare Shaw who is excellent for women's health issues and has a very compassionate manner. I also highly rate Dr Mohan Seevaratnam. If an emergency appointment is genuinely needed then one is made available on the day. Sometimes it can be up to two weeks to get a non-urgent appointment. However, provided you are organised about your need for such appointments (e.g. keeping on top of your prescription renewals and check ups ) then usually this is ample time. Reception staff are always very pleasant to deal with, along with being highly efficient. As someone with a chronic illness who has used NHS and private services a great deal, I cannot rate this practice highly enough.

I have been with the Practice sence it opened, I have always found them friendly and helpful. I have never been rushed or felt miss understood. I do find it harder to get a appointment booked these days!!

I find the surgery very nice, staff are also very nice and polite. However, I gather they are more prepared to give you a negative response to one's need then a positive. It is very likely one will get a "no" instead of a "perhaps" or even a "Yes". Short term requests are IMPOSSIBLE. (Sometimes even without investigating, one will get the big NO. I also find GPs to be in a hurry and they are listening to you. I am a 39 y/o man, who rarely goes in the doctors, however, when I go due to a muscle strain or perhaps a unusual feeling. I just get an answer saying: its nothing, take a paracetamol or such. I feel really left out! I feel that wasn't good enough! I still have the pain for more then an year on my back and the paracetamol did not help.
